I understand that life is busy and sometimes a cookie (or two!) is necessary, while also acknowledging the importance of fueling our bodies with nourishing foods. 1-on-1 nutrition coaching

I help clients achieve their health and wellness goals with personalized coaching. I provide nutrition education and guidance that is based on a client’s specific food intake and their individual needs. I help clients track their progress, provide weekly support and accountability, as well as ongoing support and encouragement throughout the week.
